Ms. Nirmala Lakshmipathy

Principal

  • Veteran Educationist: 37 years of experience, including 20 years as a Principal and 13 years as faculty across prominent CBSE schools in Chennai and Hyderabad.
  • Founder & Visionary: Served as the Founder Principal for two premier institutions under the Heartfulness International Schools (Omega & Kanha branches).
  • Award-Winning Leader: Recipient of the 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award (Chennai Sahodaya & ACER) and the Intel National Award for best integration of technology.
  • Global Trainer: As a Central Team Member for Heartfulness Education, she has conducted 300+ programs for teachers and students across India, Nigeria, and Mauritius.
  • Curriculum Architect: A specialist in Value Education, she has been designing manuals and pedagogical frameworks for character-building since 1999.
  • Holistic Practitioner: A certified Heartfulness trainer and practitioner since 1992, with deep expertise in meditation, Reiki, and various healing modalities.
  • Core Philosophy: Seamlessly integrates modern technology with spiritual wellness, nurturing students into balanced, well-rounded individuals.
